Preparing for Your Visit
To maximize your time with Dr. Chad, please complete your intake paperwork online before arriving. It’s also a good idea to wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. For your convenience, our second-floor office is accessible via elevator, with plenty of free parking.
What to Expect During Your Visit
From the moment you arrive in our warm and welcoming space, our friendly team will make you feel at ease. You’ll meet Dr. Chad, who will take the time to listen to your health concerns and explain how spinal issues develop using relatable examples, such as comparing spinal injuries to ankle sprains.
Your comprehensive 40-minute evaluation includes an examination, X-rays, a detailed explanation, and your first adjustment—all designed to start delivering results from day one. Dr. Chad believes it is important to get the healing process underway right away rather than prolonging your initial visit with extensive reporting and treatment planning.
Understanding Your Investment
Your first appointment is $350 and includes your comprehensive exam, X-rays, consultation, and first adjustment. Follow-up visits are $100. While we don’t accept insurance, you can use HSA/FSA funds for your care. We’re happy to provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.
